Full Time Opportunity Work Schedule- 8:00am-5:00pm Must be available to work extended hours and weekends, if necessary. General Description The Contract and Sourcing Ariba Solution Owner is responsible for the administration and continuous configuration of the Contract Management and Sourcing S2P technology (Ariba) modules; including its integration into the overall enterprise technology environment. This is a functional role with a strategic focus which also requires technical capability. This role will also be responsible for assisting the respective workstream leads during the implementation phase of the Source-to-Pay project until it transitions to the module administrator's role after Go-Live. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops and reports on key sourcing and contracting metrics to ensure solution availability, controls, configurations and data integrity. Possesses the required functional & technical knowledge of Ariba's modules to provide direction to the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team. Gathers team's functional requirements & develops solutions to fit those requirements. Manages configuration changes of both modules as required by SS&P's business needs. Monitors and resolves technical issues related to module's interfaces and other matters. Communicate and work with the Ariba support team, internal IT or other units to resolve system and/or data related issues. Manages and controls all system module maintenance and tracking processes, issue resolution and escalation procedures. Develops & monitors KPIs for module administrators. Education Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. Degree concentration in business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, information systems or related field preferred. Experience Experience negotiating with vendors, managing client relationships, or related is preferred. Experience with Ariba software desirable. Other Qualifications Experience gathering information and providing solutions in a timely manner Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) both in English and Spanish Excellente interpersonal skills Ability to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and clients. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude Experience creating ad-hoc reports and ability to analyze data for management reports Detail oriented with strong time and project management skills Excellent communication (i.e. verbal and written) and presentation skills. Must be able to write clearly and concisely in English. Advanced proficiency with MS office suite Experience in reengineering processes. Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills Proven ability to work independently with little direction, along with being able to work effectively in as part of a team.
