ABOUT THE ROLE

Manage the activities of one or several areas of responsibility independently, including: planning, design of processes, design of itineraries of work, operational metrics data gathering and analysis, metrics monitoring, reports requests, and administrative responsibilities of coordination, among others. Responsible of coordinating meetings, activities, projects and action plans, among others, to achieve desired objectives and results internally and externally with the providers. Helps with the analysis of provider's information in computer databases. Serves as the contact person between Triple-S and the provider with contracts and/or negotiations. Conducts training and development activities to reinforce the operational functions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develops reports and metrics requested for special contracting initiatives or strategies.
Assist in monitoring workflow and monitor day to day execution and employee assigned tasks, which includes the development and analysis of operational metrics of the department.
Resolves and tracks special requests related to the contracting process and/or the maintenance of participating providers in the system.
Serves as the point of contact of the department for providers.
Assists in the coordination, preparation and execution of special contracting initiatives/strategies, or projects and/or initiatives of the corporation.
Responsible for following up on critical internal and external situations and/or tasks to conduct the department functionalities, as applicable.
Assists in the coordination and work distribution of the functions and duties between the department resources.
Acts as primary point of contact for all internal and external constituencies in all day-to-day administrative matters associated with the contracting process; troubleshoots and resolves problems and issues as they arise.
Responsible of providing and/or coordinating the information gathering required for contracting initiatives or strategies
Assists in any other functions related to the position and department necessities, as well as other tasks assigned by the managerial staff and that are essential for the objectives and operational plans of the division.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor's Degree (BD), with one (1) to three (3) years of experience.
