*Controller (Regular Position)*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise daily financial tasks and accounting operations.
* Monitor financial results and compare them with budgeted figures.
* Ensure all tax filings and deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
* Review and prepare financial reports in line with standard accounting practices.
* Support planning processes and provide useful financial insights.
* Coordinate timely submission of ISO documentation and other required filings.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area.
* CPA certification is a plus.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
* Good understanding of accounting principles and tax guidelines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems like QuickBooks or Sage.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
