We are seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinadora de Servicios de Comedor Escolar to oversee the daily operations of our school dining services. This role is crucial in ensuring that students receive nutritious meals in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

* Manage the daily operations of the school cafeteria, ensuring efficient service delivery.
* Supervise staff, providing training and support to maintain high performance and morale.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
* Collaborate with vendors to order food supplies and manage inventory effectively.
* Develop menus that meet nutritional guidelines while appealing to students.
* Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area and kitchen facilities.
* Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and financial reporting.
* Operate POS systems for transactions and record keeping.

Qualifications

* Experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or quick service fast food restaurant setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with students and staff.
* Previous experience in sales or managing a café environment is an advantage.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management are required.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
