Corporate Client Service Officer

Full Time Opportunity 13; General Description 13; Provide a professional consultancy and the highest service standard for corporate customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
Serves internal and external customers by providing product and cash management service information.

Answers emails through Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook and telephone calls in accordance with the bank and department Standards.

Ensures a comfortable customer experience, communicating information clearly and assisting with procedures.

Documents and follow up on clients inquiries and investigations.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Assist banking customers who are victims of fraud, theft or identity theft.

Performs proper maintenance and servicing to accounts, such as: Accounts and wire transfers.

Identifies sales opportunities and refers customers to the Relationship Officer, Cash Management Specialist, and other business areas for products and services.

Minimum Education 13;

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration

Experience 13;

Two years related experience.
