General Description 13; The Corporate Events Officers role is to lead assigned corporate events and initiatives throughout the entire process; from conceptualization to post assessment and effectiveness of such.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Evaluate, negotiate and manage sponsorship contracts and vendors.
:
Facilitate the sponsorship proposal workflow according to established procedures.
:
Organize, develop, execute and implement marketing and promotional needs, associated with each sponsorship and/or events activation.
:
Collaborate with external vendors and agency to source services.
:
Work with graphic artists to develop event and/or sponsorship activation related collateral materials.
:
Coordinate and attend, as necessary, all event activations.
:
Complete post event assessment including financial and cost analysis reporting.
:
Maintain monthly dashboard reports and events calendar.
:
Proactively generate, monitor, track and reconcile monthly budgets, code, process and track vendor invoices for payment in a timely manner.
:
Assist in the annual budgeting process.
:
Coordinate, execute and manage all companys signage and merchandizing purchases and events scheduling calendar. Evaluate and maintain current inventory reporting.
:
Advise and assist departmental peers with internal, external and social media communication opportunities involving sponsorship activities.
:
Prepare post:event infographics results report and executive summary.
Education 13;
Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, Finance or Accounting.
Experience 13;
Three (3) years of relevant experience in project coordination, marketing support, and/or event management related roles.
Other Qualifications 13;
:
Demonstrated experience in organizing, planning and executing corporate events preferred.

Strong project management, contract vendor negotiation and organizational skills
:
Computer proficiency Office 365. Advanced skills in Power Point and Intermediate Excel.

Experience preparing executive summary and writing presentations in English.
:
Excellent command of the written and oral English and Spanish communication skills.
:
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure with tight deadlines.
:
Self:motivated, excellent time management and prioritization skills.
:
Flexible schedule. Ability to oversee the execution of events in weekends and/or nights.
:
Ability to initiate, execute and deliver overlapping projects with a degree of independence.
