Cost Accountant This position is responsible for reporting analysis of data for PR site and policy following. This includes Reporting actual results, analyzing variance and providing monthly data units cost data, controlling company Economic action fit with national law and company policy. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Analyze factory performance monthly, includes sales, material cost, expenses accruals, prepare forecast variance report Inventory and data are updated and maintained. 2. Analyze communicate key financial trends at all locations. Work with manufacturing personnel to ensure accurate reporting of financial information and inventory transfer between depts. and plants. 3. Perform month-end closing requirements and analyze financial results. Help support budgeting and prepare monthly forecast process, inventory control, product costs, and analyze invoices from depot locations. Analyze cost of depots and control consigned inventory. 4. Work with management, and local personnel to ensure the accuracy of reporting of financial and planning data and consistency of accounts usage both within SAP and between Legacy and SAP. 5. Preparation of the annual operating plan. Guides direct reports in coordination with Site counterparts 6. Ensures that integrated budgets are approved and measured. Acts as financial advisor to functional and operational peers. 7. Implement procedures and controls ensuring vendor and payroll disbursements are for authorized goods and services and corporate and legal withholdings are collected, reported and remitted.; and all financial transactions are accurately classified and recorded.
