About this Career Opportunity:
Oversees and modifies Career Preparation Phase in line with PRH requirements
Coordinates career preparation to acclimate trainees to center life and career exploration
Analyzes counseling and career preparation produces to improve quality of service
Monitors quality and logistics of Centers Introduction to Center Live program
Monitors and accesses methods and strategies to create trainee commitment to and ownership of the Personal Career Development Plan
Oversees Center’s Conflict Resolution Program aimed at new trainees
Develops annual department staff training plans
Schedules, monitors, and reports on the completion of all departmental staff training per approved annual plan and additional training as required
Confers with other representatives of management I maintaining continuous review of Center Administrative operations
Meets regularly with the center’s TEAP coordinator to evaluate trainees’ risk factors and potential for success
Directly supervises employees in the Career Preparation Department and carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Position Requirements
Bachelors’ Degree (B.A) from a four year college or university.
Experience in career guidance related to working with youth preferred.
Must have the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as; probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane solid geometry; and trigonometry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Current state driver's license and CPR/First Aid certifications.
