*Job Summary*

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

*Responsibilities*
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
* Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or issue resolution
* Maintain customer records by updating account information
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

*Qualifications*
* Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
* Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
* Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Prior experience in customer support or sales is a plus
* Bilingual (Spanish & English)
* Familiarity with office software and computerized systems
* Typing speed and accuracy are essential for this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:
