Cuidador (Líder De Turno)

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Cuidador (Líder de turno) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, senior care, and assisting with activities of daily living.

*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement care plans for residents based on individual needs
* Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
* Monitor and assist residents with memory care needs
* Prepare meals according to dietary requirements
* Conduct patient observations and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor
* Coordinate with the nursing home staff to ensure continuity of care
* Support residents in a home community care setting

*Experience*
* Previous experience in patient care or direct support roles is preferred
* Familiarity with memory care practices is a plus
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents

Pay: $10.50 - $11.50 per hour
