Answer telephone calls from customers to explain products and services.

Provide effective and timely resolution to a range of customer inquiries.

Strike a positive and cooperative tone with both customers and co-workers.

Increase the customer experience by providing information on new products and services.

Paid training program.

Sales and or Retention experience is a must.
