Customer Service - Industrial Equipment

Job Description
Cortes Industrial was originally structured for the repair of industrial electric motors and generators, but with time, the services have expanded to include mechanical repairs for pumps and other industrial rotating equipment.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum bachelor degree
Experience:
Minimum 5 years as inside sales or customer service in business to business environment with industrial and / or commercial customers
Characteristics:
Capable of multi-tasking under pressure
Fluent in Spanish and English
Office, Word and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Customer Service, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information.
Day to day tasks:
Responsible for assigned accounts (90% of customer contacts are from established accounts)
Answer customer phone calls regarding information for pick-up and delivery of customer’s equipment; provide status of jobs in shop, quote repair prices and follow up to close sales.
Work closely with shop supervisors and other personnel to maintain accurate information flow between plant activities and customer needs.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
