Serves as a backup for Support team and Reception, especially during high season, making sure all phone calls are attended and that client complaints, inquiries or doubts are resolved
Responsibilities:
Respond phone calls from our PBX system and document them in CRM.
Delegate cases to team and ensure case is resolved.
Give follow-up calls to clients to indicate status and document information.
Monitor department emails received from clients.
Reply Taxmania’s support tickets.

Education Background: Associate’s Degree in any field, but, preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science.

Required knowledge or experience:
PBX phone system
Customer service experience (1-year minimum)
