Descripción del Empleo:
• Handle service calls from customers. • Coordinate service calls with the Service Department Manager and assign Field Service
Engineers to handle the service calls.
• Prepare service quotations to customers.
• Process customer purchase orders for services.
• Maintain the Electronic and Paper service records.
• Invoice services.
Requisitos:
Degree in Business Administration, Office Systems or equivalent. Fully Bilingual. Experience in Order taking and Customer Calls concerning Product Order status, Claims, Others. Capable of Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment working with minimum supervision.
