Description Staff Management is hiring Experienced-Fully Bilingual Call Center representatives to join our operations at our Metro Office Park location in Guaynabo, PR. This is a full time position, where availability is a must. We are seeking responsible, organized, team-oriented candidates to manage customer accounts, and respond to customer concerns via phone calls. Job Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers¿ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Fully Bilingual ( Must be able to hold a conversation with a client in English) . Customer Service Experience ( More than 1 year of experience in Customer Service). Good Domain of Computer¿s . Good Domain of the Keyboard ( Able to type at least 40 word per minute). Knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook. Able to process & enter large amount of data into our system. Able to work under pressure. Must be able to work between 7:00 AM-8:00 PM ( Monday ¿ Saturday) Full Time Part Time Long Term All Shifts Associate Requirements Associates Degree Able to Lift 20 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old Associate Benefits Paid Training Weekly paychecks Paid Sick Leave Paid Time Off Hourly PandoLogic.
