*General Responsibilities:*
* The Service Representative (Help Desk) is tasked with delivering technical assistance and support to users experiencing issues with computer systems, hardware, or software. Interaction with users will be conducted via phone and remote connection to identify the root cause and navigate the problem-solving process in a highly customer service-oriented environment.

*Education and Experience Required:*
* A minimum of two years of approved credits from an accredited college or technical school in Computer Sciences or System Information Technology. Also, two years or more of customer service experience.

*Knowledge and Skills Required:*
* Customer service principles knowledge
* Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Internet
* Able to speak by phone
* Critical thinking and analytical skills
* Planning and organizing multiple requests
* Data collection and research, analyzes complex information
* Attention to detail and creative solutions
* ·Timely problem resolution and alternative solutions
* Clear and persuasive speaking in various situations
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10
