*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join the team of one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers in the Property Insurance Claims department with a well-known insurance company in Puerto Rico. The employee will anticipate the customer needs and act proactively to ensure their satisfaction.
Please note this opportunity is a temporary assignment until November 2025.
*Duties*
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or in person in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
* Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.
* Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts and process orders efficiently.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls.
*Requirements*
* Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
* At least one (1) year of previous experience in a customer support role.
* Proficiency in English.
