Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
* Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
* Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Document customer interactions in our database with attention to detail.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure their needs are met.

Skills

* Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
* Strong verbal communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
* Proficiency in data entry and computer systems for efficient record keeping.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
* Ability to handle sales inquiries and promote products when appropriate.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.96 - $11.00 per hour
