What You'll Do:

As a CSR, you'll:

* Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
* Provide clear and helpful product and service information.
* Identify customer needs and deliver solutions to ensure satisfaction.
* Resolve complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media channels.
* Maintain accurate customer records in our database.
* Follow up to confirm customers are satisfied with the resolution of their issues.

What You Bring to the Table:

You're a perfect fit if you:

* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Are a natural problem-solver with a calm, empathetic demeanor.

* Can commit to full attendance during five to eight weeks of paid training.
* Have experience in customer service or working with medical plans or health-related industries (preferred).

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years or older.
* Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Strong empathy and ability to work with chronic patients or elderly customers.
* Must successfully pass a background check.
* Must be available to work in person at our San Juan offices.
* Hours of operation: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
