Customer Service Representative and Public Relations Description: Lead a community relations strategy to support the company’s objectives of community activities, site tour, school visit, etc.

• Lead all project with our community align with initiative of planet impact.
• Lead the communication that we have with employee for share with them the company’s vision.
• Lead the communication with the community and other stakeholder for improve reputation and for identify area where we can have positive impact in our neighborhood.
• Develops and maintenance our university relation for help to attract and develop best-in-class talent.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with media representatives.
• Coordinate exhibitors in trade associations’ conventions, academic forums and community

Requisitos:
Customer Service Representative and Public Relations Requirements: • B.A. in or Communications from an accredited university.
• Public Relations Specialist License issued by the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (preferred)

One year of experience in at least one of the following areas:

o Community Relations (preferred)
o Media Relations
o Trade Organizations Relations
o Employee Communications
• Basic Skills
o Ability to interface with diverse audiences
o Public Speaking
o Copywriting/ Editing (English/Spanish)
o Computer Literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
o Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
