*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

* *Experience in logistics/supply chain or related field*
* Great communication abilities, including written and verbal communication.
* Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
* Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation and other software.
* Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work in a team setting.
* In-depth understanding of the company's products/services.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.

*Duties & Responsibilities:*

* *Verification and validation of internal PRL documentation: Preferably, bill of lading (BOL), Manifests, Order Delivery (Proof of Delivery), Hazmat Report, Inventory Report, etc.*
* Primary point of contact with existing customers.
* Creation of new customers and accurate quality check of customer files.
* Customer liaison for claims and concerns, handling complaints, returns, and nonconforming materials. Provide prompt, courteous, and clear answers to all inquiries.
* Working with the sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.
* Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
* Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone or on social media.
* Monitoring customer satisfaction levels. Provide regular tracking and reporting to the team leader.
