We're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive *Program Assistant* to help power the operations of Atlantic University's *Puerto Rico* *Cybersecurity Hub*. *Duties*
* Keep program records and documents organized and up-to-date
* Handle scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-ups
* Draft letters, reports, and program updates
* Coordinate activities, workshops, and events
* Manage communications with students, staff, and external partners
* Support reporting, presentations, and special projects
* Make sure everything runs smoothly, securely, and on time!
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's Degree (required)
* 2+ years experience in admin, program coordination, or project support
* Bilingual (Spanish-English) required
* Solid tech skills (Microsoft Office, information systems)
* Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational chops
* A "get-it-done" attitude and strong attention to detail

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
