Job Tasks Include • Formulates and implements program policies and procedures to successfully meet the goals and requirements of the CDBG-DR document retention policy, and related statutes, regulations, and policies. • Serves as the CDBG-DR expert adviser with respect to records management and is the liaison and point of contact for activities with agency personnel, other federal agencies, and stakeholders with respect to records management matters.• Establishes program-wide specific procedures, long-range plans, and execution strategies. • Develops recommendations and justifications for improving the program’s implementation of the Records Management function. Identifies the scope of any problems, develops solutions to ensure that all program offices maintain the security of records, policies, and procedures in compliance with the Privacy Act and the Records Management program. • Works with the client and company on electronic recordkeeping requirements records management applications, as well as the technical challenges of accessing and maintaining records over time. Education Requirements: Associate/Bachelors degree. Excellent organizational skills must be bilingual, should have at least 3-4 years of work experience.
