Data Entry Associate

Our client, a leader in the marketing industry, is seeking a Data Entry Associate to join their growing team! This client offers great company culture, room for growth and the opportunity to work with multiple teams across departments.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$15/ph

Position Overview:

The Data Entry Associate will work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.
- 5:30 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience entering information into multiple databases or experience using excel within the past two years.
They should also be open to cross-training in other departments of the company, including customer service.
This role is open to someone who is super operational or someone who likes to be communicating with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Associate:

- The Data Entry Associate work in the internal system and excel record and tracking company sales metrics and information
- The Data Entry Associate will navigate between multiple computer screens and databases to compile information
- Assist with product inquires as needed
- The Data Entry Specialist will enter product information into the system
- Act as customer's first point of contact in case of commercial, logistics, product claims
- Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes and systems

Qualifications for the Data Entry Associate:

- 1-2 years in data entry, customer service or sales
- Experience using basic excel within the past year
- Good working knowledge of Office Pack (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone
- Bilingual is a plus

Education Requirements:

- B.A preferred, but not required
