Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will accurately enter and update data in our systems. The role requires proficiency in typing, using office software, and working with legal documents.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in our system.
Type at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
Help with property title searches and review legal documents.
Process incoming documents for data entry.
Keep files organized, both digital and physical.
Use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for creating documents and emails.
Perform general administrative tasks like organizing and filing.
Communicate with team members and clients to verify data.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
Requisitos:
Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Fast typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
Excellent reading and comprehension skills in English
Ability to work with data recorders and optical scanners
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with word processing tools and spreadsheets
Familiarity with office equipment and software
Salary: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
