Observes assigned area(s) for damage, etc., and reports to supervisor items needing attention: makes simple to complex repairs and adjustments including unstopping toilets, light janitorial/housekeeping, gypsum board repairs, carpenter, pipe fitter, painting, etc. as requested. Comply with work order system to include interpreting work orders, performing work requested and completing work orders per instruction. Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards; Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures Daily close out of assigned work orders CMMS and provide weekly updates as needed Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. Stand and walk for prolonged periods. Regularly lift, move and/or carry up to 10 pounds; frequently lift, move and/or carry up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift, move and/or carry up to 50 pounds. Perform overhead work often while balanced standing on a ladder.
