Customer Service & Logistics Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you'll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Purpose of Role A market Demand Planner is responsible for consolidate and analyze IBP wacam cross category/markets. Act as a contact point between category demand and cluster leads and focal point in Pre DR meetings for the countries. Main Responsibilities Serve as a single point of contact between category demand and cluster leads. Consolidate IBP information by country and analyze to give inputs. Support the harmonization and standarization initiatives Partner with category Demand Managers and in all activities associated PRE Demand meeting, including Touch points and Cluster reviews. Participation in pre-market, market and category demand reviews in support of category Demand planners. Provide finalized detailed demand plan to differents teams including cluster team, sales operations and others. Participate in RCA construction for SFE and BIAS. Prepare sign off meeting Add connectivity to short-term horizon demand details with DRP team. Experience Required & Role Implications Functional Work Experience in CS&L Areas. Full Operational knowledge of SAP ECC / APO (preferred) or other Advanced Planning Systems through formal training & experience.
