About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to work in house, who is passionate about driving engagement and delivering sales through socially relevant and compelling marketing campaigns. This role will join the marketing and media team of excellence and support all the brands in delivering strategic insight and execution. This is a position for those who love working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and are constantly managing multiple projects with varying priorities at the same time.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working with various sales channels such as Amazon, eBay and Ecommerce
Assisting with the management of the company's online store
Strategic Communications Manager
High proficiency in project management
Creating and coordinating all social media activities
Creating content form brand Positioning
Set up and execute email campaigns including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing
Pull numbers for weekly reports across digital platforms, Youtube, Facebook/Instagram & TikTok
Track key metrics (i.e. website clicks, follower growth & engagement) across social channels
Creating and coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities, including online sales promotions, email promotions, sales presentations, and sales collateral
Tracking online campaigns, preparing post analysis campaign reports, and making recommendations to competitor programs for corrective modifications
Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing on our websites and social media platforms
Requirements:
E commerce managing
Social Media Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related (Preferred)
Proven experience with success in managing Social platforms.
Experience with sales analytics reporting
Experience with insights and analytics
Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles
Data-driven and revenue-focused decision making with a results-oriented.
Highly collaborative and invested, not only in the success of your team but the entire organization.
Experience with Adobe creative software is preferred but not required
(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Proven creative mindset and innovative thinking.
Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to create recommendations, both verbally and written.
