Duties
* Develop and execute thoughtful digital marketing strategies that reflect our values and engage both current and prospective families.
* Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
* Use tools like Google Analytics to track performance and make data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.
* Create meaningful and engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and more — content that truly connects with our school community.
* Work closely with our design team to produce compelling visuals and marketing materials that stay true to our brand and mission.
* Optimize website content for both search engines and user experience to support enrollment and engagement goals.
* Implement email automation and marketing tools to streamline outreach and improve communication.
* Keep up with digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain fresh, effective, and aligned with our vision.
Requirements
* Experience in digital marketing, especially with campaigns that demonstrate strong results.
* Comfortable with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
* Strong content creation skills you can write with clarity, purpose, and creativity.
* Basic familiarity with HTML/JavaScript is helpful, especially when collaborating with web developers.
* Knowledge of email marketing tools and campaign management best practices.
* Strong analytical mindset you know how to read the numbers and adjust strategy accordingly.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Able to take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team..
