Position Overview This position is responsible for the direction, integration and day-to-day support of the Manufacturing operation by providing Engineering and Utilities services. Essential Responsibilities: The main objective of the position is to ensure a continuous improvement trend in plant operations including process yields, throughput, and systems reliability, by using the more suitable technology while complying with all applicable company policies and regulations of federal, international, and local agencies. Qualifications Qualifications: Strong leadership and people/results oriented. Bilingual (Spanish/English) Education and/or Experience: Minimum B.S. in Engineering (P.E.). Advanced degree preferred. 10 years in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Area and 10 in the Engineering field.
