Key Responsibilities:
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
* Ensure compliance with local and federal financial regulations
* Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors
* Support executive management with financial analysis and strategy
* Supervise accounting staff and financial operations
Qualifications:
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Master's Degree (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
* Proven experience in financial management (2+ years)
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, Sage, SAP
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
