Director Of First Impression

We are seeking a Director of First Impression to welcome our customers, agents and staff by phone email and walk in. The individual in this position answers phones with a helpful attitude and assists administrative scheduling, communication, data entry, mailing and daily office upkeep. In addition, this position functions in a support capacity to our processing and sales team with administrative and organizational tasks.
Requisitos:
Applicant must possess strong written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, possess strong computer skills; including intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, ability to multitask; be dependable, punctual, have an upbeat personality and present themselves in a professional manner at all times. The right candidate will embrace a team culture and have a desire to serve others including clients, agents, and staff.
