Director, Student Data Management Office

Responsible for the accuracy, security, maintenance, confidentiality and integrity of physical and electronic student records. The Student Records Manager will frequently interact with staff, students and external parties regarding student records content. In addition, is responsible for observing and monitoring campus Academic compliance. This would include Academic processes, records, as well as Academic process integrity.
Requisitos:
Minimal requirement: ? Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related fields
? Three to five years of experience in this or related data management areas
? Excellent computer skills enabling employee to use proficiently MS Word, Excel, and any other software program required for this position. Knowledge of Ellucian Banner preferred, but not required
? Experience in employee supervision
? Bilingual [Spanish & English]
? Familiar and comfortable with changing information technologies
? Able to work with multiple clients, including IT personnel
? Exceptional communication and team-work skills
? Committed to meet multiple compliance regulations
? Highly organized and able
