Dishwasher/Food Prep

*Responsibilities*
* Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
* Follow recipes and instructions from chefs to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and proper handling techniques to prevent contamination.
* Support the cooking staff by preparing garnishes, sauces, and side dishes as needed.
* Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
* Participate in catering events as required, ensuring all food is prepared according to specifications.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

*Skills*
* Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
* Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus.
* Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food handling and preparation.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
