*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.

*Duties*
* Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
* Manually wash delicate items as needed, ensuring they are handled with care.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen spaces.
* Sort and stack clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.
* Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the kitchen team.
* Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.

*Skills*
* Knowledge of food handling practices and hygiene standards in a kitchen environment.
* Experience in food service settings such as restaurants, hotels, or catering is preferred.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
* Previous experience in bussing or assisting cooks is a plus.
* A proactive approach to cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
