Case details:
1.Contract breach of auto warranty
2Nothing was done after 60 days of my car being in two shops
3. Total damages without punitive/ lost time is over $50K to be repaired for vehicle.

I'm sure there is a plethora of caselaw on these types of disputes with shady car warranty companies, this likely no different.

Here's my complaint on bbb if it helps with background.
This company has some serious shady ways of doing business. My car was at a shop for over 50 days, nearly a dozen of repairs were requested by the dealer i sent my car to, and the warranty's response on my "ELITE" membership I purchased for thousands of dollars was DENIED every time. These are all items well within the contract, I reviewed the contract with the dealer and dealer said that in all of his 22 years of being a service manager, he has NEVER witnessed a warranty company with zero reason on denial, they just kept saying "it's not covered" the contract clearly states it is covered. Furthermore, I have text messages from their team saying these things were covered. Why Shady? Well someone named "Ron" was talking with me, the dealer, texting with me, and the dealer etc. Now when we call that same # and text it, the person name has changed to Joshua Walker, Josh had zero record of my car even being in the shop, and now "ron" is apparently on vacation. Dealer said each time he called Ron, he was in a car, eating food, and very unprofessional, but although we was not in front of the contract, he was always able to say "yea that is not covered." I plan to file a complaint with an attorney on this company and these individuals unless they fix my car, the dealer was very clear that per the agreement/contract my items are covered, they are simply denying them thus are breaching our agreement. I wish I read all these complaints before, these guys are MASTERS at one thing....EXCUSES. They can create an excuse for any claim, what I read here on how they respond to others is how they have made their money, they are not a warranty company, they are coy writers/ experts. After 6 different emails asking for a managers contact information, Josh blatenly ignored each request and never gave me anyone, he continued to just say "what else can I help you with?" If unresolved I'll work with all others here to open a class action suit against them.
