Distillation Plant Supervisor

*Job Summary*

As a Plant Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in a manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will be responsible for managing production processes and leading a team to achieve production goals.

*Responsibilities*
* Supervise plant operations and coordinate production activities
* Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
* Train, mentor, and evaluate plant staff
* Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes
* Oversee inventory management, materials handling, and warehouse operations
* Coordinate with maintenance personnel for equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
* Manage packaging processes and ensure products are fabricated according to specifications

*Requirements*
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
* Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
* Familiarity with machining processes and materials handling techniques
* Ability to operate forklifts and other industrial equipment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Pay: From $50,778.00 per year
