District Facilities Manager

The District Facility Manager (DFM) is accountable for maintaining the physical buildings of all Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC) retail facilities including daily maintenance services, housekeeping, Brand Standards, maintenance expense, energy expense, disaster response, within a given district of approximately 30-40 facilities. The District Facilities Manager is also responsible for performing routine interior maintenance, routine exterior maintenance, scheduled repairs, and same day response guidance. The District Facility Manager is responsible for the following: Maintaining the physical buildings of both Sears and Kmart retail facilities including Automotive Centers, Product Services, other Retail Businesses They manage daily maintenance services including oversight of housekeeping, all maintenance expense accounts planned at $163M (Sears and Kmart) , energy expense planned at $204M (Sears and Kmart), disaster response, lease agreement relationships, capital and non-capital facilities projects and landscaping/snow removal Manages all vendor and contractor relationships for these activities within a given district of approximately 35 to 40 facilities Insure compliance of Health and safety issues for their serviced facilities Insure that all customer touch points are maintained to standard (fitting rooms, restrooms, checkouts, entrances and exterior of store) Ensures proper preventative maintenance of company facility assets is performed (HVAC equipment, doors, Roofs, Parking lots and building) Manages the Quality Maintenance Technician team within their district which perform our preventative maintenance tasks along with some general facility repairs in our stores EEO EMPLOYER SDL2017
