Job Title: Division Finance Director Department: Spirit Sales Manager: GM Position Summary: Act as strategic financial advisor to GM and key liaison between markets & HQ finance Provide market analytical/pricing needs and drive consistency across markets Develop and hire Division & Mkt Finance teams Manage Distributor finance relationships Provide Division-level financial control, analysis monitoring, roll-ups, reporting (budget & actual) Lead the Division's RGM plans Coordinate key S&OP planning initiatives with the distributor including forecasting of key lines Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Individual Act as strategic advisor and thought partner to General Manager Ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines Manage overall division budget and budget reconciliation Maintain division-level approval rights for perf. reporting, spend tracking, and forecasting Manage divisional roll-up and reporting of R&O insights, planning, forecasting (LEs), YTD results and variance drivers, and outlook for year Assist markets to deliver their Annual Operating Plan Approve perf. commentary submitted by Field Finance / Analytics Managers and provide division commentary Manage and develop divisional financeteam Coach and develop in-market finance teams Business Lead for PRUSA data governance group, where applicable Shared Manage division-level P&L (shared w/ General Manager,) Develop Annual Operating Plan and yearly budget (shared w/ General Manager, ) Ensure accurate forecasting and review and challenge forecasts on a monthly basis (shared w/ General Manager, VP Sales) Manage LE process and challenge results (shared w/ Nat'l Spirits Fin. HQ, Field Finance/Analytics Managers) Explain variance to budget (shared w/ Nat'l Spirits Fin. HQ) Track local market incentives (value portion only) (shared w/ Nat'l Spirits Fin. HQ, FTMMs) Own final sign-off of ROI analysis / toolboxes (Divison Marketing Director, Field Finance/Analytics Managers) Division RGM plans and implementation (Shared with the GM) Nature & Scope: Key Metrics Pricing compliant to strategy Quality of commentary Spend within % of plan Financial Targets CAAP targets achieved Overhead mangement: % of budget Value (pricing and mix) growing faster than volume Key requirements Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance (or accounting); MBA preferred Experience / Background: Minimum 8-10 years of experience; prefer combination of financial planning and field experience. Strong commercial background with significant exposure to the Sales and Marketing functions. Working Conditions: General Office: Work is performed in a typical office environment.
