Ejecutivo De Ventas

Descripción del Empleo:
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
-Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
-Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
-Provide balanced sales coverage of accounts in your territory
-Work in conjunction with your Sales Supervisor
-Achieve established new sales quota each fiscal year
-Prepare quotes, send literature, and coordinate with Sales Supervisor to set up presentations when appropriate
-Achieve and expert level of knowledge of Herpla’s products and competition
Requisitos:
QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess 5 + years’ experience in the industrial, manufacturing sector. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent. Knowledge of instrumentation, controls and manufacturing process. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Must have knowledge of instrumentation, valves and controls. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Must possess vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
