Eligibility Lead

Descripción del Empleo:
Manage production and performance of team, provide on the job training/guidance to housing associates. Identify training needs and opportunities for process improvement. Suggest policy change in support of increased efficiency or to reduce barriers. Draft and/or update SOP's and content for training; create and submit development requests for systems modification and/or buildout. Create reports on production, performance, and identified impediments.
Requisitos:
Project management (experience with large contracts/teams or management of cross-functional teams preferred)
Experience in Process engineering; Project recovery and contract management.
Critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation skills, organization, data analysis, business case writing and strong communication skills.
Bilingual
Knowledge of CDBG-DR Housing preferred
