AECOM has a new opportunity for an EMIS Software Implementation Consultant to join our team in a full-time work from home or AECOM office position. This position will provide the opportunity to learn new skill sets, work with amazing global clients and to be involved in high energy, collaborative teams.
We are looking for a dynamic team member who is innovative, has a strong sense of entrepreneurship and wants to build lasting relationships with our team and our customers. Having project experience implementing and configuring Environmental, Health, and Safety, Risk Management, Remediation, Quality, Security and Sustainability (EMIS) software solutions is a bonus.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work with customers and AECOM team to obtain business and technical requirements
- Configure EHS software per requirements
- Validate EHS software configuration by performing end to end testing of the system
- Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs and other key metrics within the configured system
- Deliver and develop training and training materials for customer and/or project team
- Troubleshoot configuration issues during deployment and rollout activities
- Provide support to the customer during go live and post deployment hyper care period

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 4 years of experience OR demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
- 4 years of EMIS related experience or similar MIS implementation and configuration experience
- Previous configuration experience with one or more off the shelf EMIS software packages (for example: Cority, Enablon, ENFOS, EtQ, Intelex, Sphera or similar)
- Experience in development/coding, system administration, database management and/or configuration
- Experience with and understanding of database and programming platforms such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL, or similar
