The engineer will be responsible for the equipment reliability program focused on critical assets, including but not limited to risk analysis, measuring probability and consequences of failures in a consistent manner as well as do failure analysis and root cause analysis, defining what constitutes functional failure for a critical system or process. Support the Maintenance Excellence program or other similar type program designed to efficiently maximize asset performance and KPIs monitoring proces
Requirements

:Preferable to have six:sigma green belt certification

:Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)

:Bachelors Degree in Engineering

:3 Years of related experience of relevant experience in Engineering, preferably in medical device industry.

:Equipment lifecycle experience preferred, this includes design, qualification, operation and retirement of equipment.

:Knowledge of PLC, controllers and root cause analysis and troubleshooting through the use of engineering knowledge and experience.

:Ability to effectively communicate cross:functionally to assist with resolving engineering issues.

:Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

:Ability to evaluate complex processes.

:Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
