Full Job Description

Leading engineered to order (ETO) projects in the aim to design, quote, prototype and industrialize new custom products.
The engineered-to-order (ETO) Project Leader will be responsible for managing ETO projects according to the product strategy developed by product management.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Manage ETO projects in an international environment from definition to final approval
Lead project team members
Coordinate all activities for the project and create specifications in cooperation with other departments like product development, quality, purchasing, sales and marketing
Report project status
Leading ETO projects in the aim to design, quote, prototype and industrialize new custom products.
Design new custom products using design tool according to customer need and internal design rules
Calculate product cost and define pricing
Coordinate all activities for industrialization of the product and order intake

Qualifications & Skills:
Engineer's degree, mainly in plastics or bio process or mechanics
Specific technical knowledge:plastics, bioprocesses, pharmaceutical processes, integration of automated and computer systems
Understanding of ISO, GMP and BPD standards and procedures
Business knowledge:sales, industrial marketing
