Engineering Lean Technician Tiene la responsabilidad de la implementación y continuidad de las herramientas de Lean a través de la Planta. Todas las tares deben realizarse siguiendo las normas de seguridad, estándares de calidad y las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.Reporta al Departamento de OPEX, trabajando directamente con las mejoras contínuas y la implementación de Lean. Implementación de Lean Six Sigma a través de las herramientas: 5S, Kaizen, TPM, PM’s, VSM, Kanban, Set up reduction, Standard Work, Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), Lean Material Flow (LMF). Estudiar y analizar problemas y desarrollo de la mejora de la eficiencia y productividad. Realizar estudio de tiempos, reducción de inventario y auditoria de configuración tales como: 5S. Realizar informes escritos y estadísticos. Validar y crear trabajos estándares tales como: procedimiento de operación estándar (SOP), lista de verificación y ayuda Visual. Educación y Experiencia: Educación/Experiencia/Cerfiticaciones o Licencias: • Bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial • 1 año de experienca en funciones similares. • Conocimiento anterior de implementacion de herramients de Lean Why Kelly®?
