About the Team
You will be a part of the Dasher Experience Team (DxT), which is the face of DoorDash to independent contractors (called "Dashers") who deliver using our platform. Temporarily working from home across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, the DxT team sells Dashers on the DoorDash opportunity, provides superb customer service, and will manage local Dasher offices when it is safe for them to reopen. In the process, you'll create operational success using the strength of your personality, technology tools, and creative problem solving. About the Role
As a DxT Agent, you will join a dynamic team to build and inspire local DoorDash communities. You will report to a Dasher Team Supervisor (DTS) who oversees Agents and offices in a region. We rarely have a dull day, so we are looking for those who think fast, move fast, and wish to grow fast! Initially, your daily tasks will include remotely helping new Independent Contractors sign up, addressing their live questions, and supporting their success while they deliver. You will also contribute to projects of company-wide importance (and when our offices reopen, you will conduct Dasher orientations)!

Customer Service experience
Public speaking experience
