Environmental Health & Safety Manager

The EHS Manager at Solx is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all environmental, health, and safety programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and foster a safe, sustainable workplace. This role supports the organization's clean energy mission by ensuring manufacturing operations align with industry-leading EHS practices, particularly those relevant to photovoltaic (PV) materials and processes.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment; solar or semiconductor manufacturing experience highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, and environmental permitting requirements.
Familiarity with hazardous materials commonly used in photovoltaic manufacturing.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar EHS management systems is a plus.
Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIH) are advantageous.
