Equipment Rental & Sales Coordinator

Descripción del Empleo:
Job Description Assist walk-in and phone traffic with sales, rental, and service issues. Provide customer relations and service to existing accounts. Provide service and support to the branch sales team. Assist with technical support to existing and potential clients. Collaborate with sales, branch management, and finance teams to ensure the customer is handled properly and without delay. Assist with preparation of quotes/proposals for rentals and outside territory/used equipment sales. Create and maintain rental agreements (and all corresponding paperwork) per best practices. Manage all equipment movement in the yard per best practices. Work with service departments in determining equipment status. Keep management informed of all activities.
Requisitos:
