* Utilize techniques such as straight razor cuts, hair threading, and eyelash extensions to provide comprehensive beauty services.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty treatments to offer clients innovative options.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use.
* Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
* Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products and other beauty items that align with client needs.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and excellent customer service.

*Experience*
* Proven experience in hair styling and cosmetology is essential.
* Familiarity with barbering techniques is preferred but not mandatory
* Knowledge of retail math and store management principles is advantageous for those interested in advancing within the company.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential for success in this role.
