Evening/Overnight Nanny For Infant

Looking for a long-term evening/overnight nanny for an infant with experience for a very nice family.

*Language:*
Fluent in English.
Spanish fluency preferred.

*Work Schedule:*
Full-time
- Evening and overnight shifts, typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments as needed
- Ability to travel with the family worldwide on occasion

*Childcare and Development:*
- Provide attentive, nurturing overnight care for the infant, ensuring their safety and well-being while parents rest.
- Support sleep training and monitor the child's sleep patterns and comfort throughout the night.
- Administer nighttime feedings, diaper changes, and soothing routines as needed.
- Document nighttime routines and sleep activity, reporting updates to the parents each morning.
- Assist with early morning routines if needed, including dressing, bottle prep, and gentle wake-up support.

*Personal Qualifications and Characteristics:*
- Calm, attentive, and highly responsive to infant needs during nighttime hours.
- Strong understanding of infant development, sleep routines, and overnight care best practices.
- High degree of trustworthiness, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout overnight hours.
- Kind, warm, and emotionally attuned to the needs of both the infant and the family.

*Additional Requirements:*
- Experience in overnight newborn/infant care.
- Infant CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally on occasion.
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Willing to relocate the right individual to Puerto Rico.

*Compensation:*

- Based on experience and fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
